HingePoint offers two fee-based plans that provide support by telephone and email:

  • U.S. business day (M-F 8:30 AM eastern time to 5:30 PM pacific time)
  • East coast business day (M-F 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM eastern time)

 

Verification is required for telephone and email support.
